There’s so much to love about stir-fries! They’re delicious, crowd-pleasers, and easy to throw together. As an added bonus, they’re generally full of veggies and pretty healthy too!

I’ve shared a LOT of vegan stir-fry recipes on this site over the years, but a few definitely stand out as favorites. I keep a list of those favorites on hand for days when I don’t have a dinner plan. It really comes in handy — I’ll often find that I have most or even all of the ingredients for one of more of these recipes on hand. I know it will be delicious and on the table in record time. WIN!
